Beschreibung
Paul Courtaud is the co-founder of Neobrain, an AI-powered platform dedicated to skills management, and the person responsible for the Strategic Workforce Planning section of the blog.
He advocates an optimistic vision of skills primacy and brings HR decision-makers together around continuous workforce redeployment, a topic he explores in his book Will AI Replace Me (2023) and in his columns for JDN. He also speaks at conferences, including HR Technologies France, and appears on podcasts, such as Digital on Track.
He is also actively involved in the HR ecosystem: in 2021, together with Guillaume Sarkozy, he took over the Cercle Humania, a think tank bringing together 600 HR directors from major French organizations. In 2016, he became president of the R.E.D. association (Réseau emploi durable), which is dedicated to the professional integration of people with disabilities.
A graduate of HEC Lausanne and Sciences Po Paris, he went on to study Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard.
An entrepreneur since the age of 16, he sold his first company, Futurness, to the L’Étudiant group, then co-founded Neobrain in 2018 to anticipate changes in the labor market through AI. He also serves as a reservist with the GIGN.
