Vincent HOGOMMAT

Vincent Hogommat is Head of Content for HR professionals at Neobrain, which he joined in 2021. He oversees editorial quality across France, Germany and the United States, editorial strategy and the search visibility of neobrain.io, as well as the production of white papers and guides with Neobrain's partners.

He has worked in the HR field for almost 20 years. In 2007, he joined an executive search firm and took charge of employer branding and staffing in the IT and then Pharma practices. After supporting his clients through HR reorganizations and the acquisition of new skills, he took on the HR leadership of an IT services company (ESN). He also headed the consulting business at SThree, where he supported HR and Procurement teams as their tools evolved, before developing partnerships with HR Tech players at HireFirst.

Passionate about digital solutions for HR professionals, he wrote a thesis on the subject in 2020, covering their benefits and limits in the transformation of human resources, as part of his MBA in Marketing, Communication and Innovation. He continues this work with the Explore HR project, fed by conversations with CHROs, HRIS experts and founders of HR solutions, which can be found on Medium and YouTube.

For Neobrain, Vincent covers talent management, skills frameworks and the challenges of mid-sized companies (SMEs and mid-caps), drawing on conversations with a network of inspiring contacts. More recently, he has led reflections on the impact of artificial intelligence on different professions, and on the construction of a skills anticipation model for Neobrain: "How does AI impact my skills?".

A graduate of ESCEM business school with an MBA in Marketing, Communication and Innovation, he can be found on LinkedIn.
