Beschreibung
Cédric Leonardo is currently working at Magellan Consulting, part of Magellan Partners. From 2021 to 2025, he was a member of Neobrain's executive committee, where he built and led the customer operations (Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, Care) and then the Solution Consulting function.
His career began in 2012 at Orange, working on training, followed by Natixis, on an ambitious project to adapt workforce capacity through internal mobility. He then moved into HR, HRIS and organization consulting at DXC Technology and Magellan Consulting, contributing to the optimization of application landscapes for organizations of 10 to 50,000 people as a functional project owner (AMOA): HR governance, Learning Management Systems and skills management are among his favorite topics. He notably led the global rollout of an LMS for a group of 160,000 employees across 47 countries, and served as HR processes manager at IDEMIA (recruitment, internal mobility, training, annual reviews).
At Neobrain, he grew the customer team from 4 to 25 experts, oversaw more than 100 deployments, including rollouts for over 100,000 employees, and structured how organizations are supported before and after signing: demos, business cases, proof-of-concept management and deployment playbooks.
He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Paris Dauphine-PSL University, where his research focused on the evolving role of the first-line manager (leadership, professional identity, training) and on the importance of interpersonal relationships between HR business partners and managers.
